I'm Posting here because it relates more to skating rather than Other.
Now some of you may remember the infamous inspirational skateboarding "NGRPLZ", due to infringement of music laws. I am now being sued by the Lawyers of Murda Inc Records for inproper use of music illegally obtained and distributed.
The song was the all time nigger loved favourite "Dial M For Murda" by the one and only JA RULE.
The follow up video NGRDAM has been (i'm hoping) temporarily put on hold, until legal matters are sorted with the record company. Enjoy other sections from the video, infamous Jimmy Chow.
Also here's a letter from the lawyers telling me the video was taken down. i thought that was it until i was later notified that i was getting sued.

it doesnt say your getting sued. it just means its going to get taken off youtube. happened to me a few times. i just uploaded it to vimeo and its been fine.
setup a paypal account and i'm willing to donate, i need a new danny chu fix
for now i'll have to settle for jimmy cao

That was a letter from youtube, i got a letter in the mail saying i have to go to court.
dont worry man i had a video disabled on myspace cause i used a song "give it to me baby" but on youtube they just claimed rights and let it be... it just means everytime someone watches the clip their music's site comes up and thats it... you wont get sued... just imagine all those people out there that use music and dont get permision, it would take them yrs and millions of $ to chase everyone into court... and yes FUCK ja rule....
this is good news to me because i had no idea there was gonna be a sequel to NGRPLZ.

wtf i made a clip about a month ago or so with a hendrix song and i got that email over 6 times cause i tried to rename it , leave it for a week and try again but they always found out , but i was never sued but yeah damm that sucks
