While doing research on urethane I came across this interesting article about California Laws pertaining to skateparks.

Was that just too parks or skateboarding in general?
I'm an idiot, so explain this to me... if someone were to say "no you can't skate here because of liability" you could just say "well fuck you, I can't sue you cuz riding this thing is a 'Hazardous Recreational Activity' so now you have nothing to whinge about. Cunt."
Am I close in my understanding at all? Because if I am, that is good yeh? I bet I have it backwards & it's worse though. It always gets worse.

That video sucks, you don't even see him land on his head. Someone should shank that filmer for not making it enjoyable to the rest of us.
