its not really that cramped, its prob just that angle. The "large fun box" isnt a fun box, it has a medium sized quarter on the other side you cant see from the photo forming a mini section. Some fun little sections, but like cobden, the "big three" ledge type bit dosn't really work at all.

flat enough ground for beginners to learn to push and stay on the board, but the ramp is a little dodgy
edit: careful riding on the lighter concrete, it's really slippery and the change from rough concrete to smooth is super jarring
