For all Gold Coast people, Have Your Say about the Redesign of Pine Lanes Skate and BMX Facility, Palm Beach. The Pine lanes half pipe and BMX track is being redesigned and Gold Coast City Council is interested in hearing the ideas of skaters, BMXers and other members of the Palm Beach community. Council?s consultants, Plan C are conducting an onsite workshop at the existing skate and BMX facility in Pine Lanes Park, Palm Beach on Saturday 29th July, 2006 between 10.30 and 12.00pm. The purpose of the workshop is to hear your ideas to develop a concept plan for the new facility. All interested people should attend and non-skaters and young women are especially welcomed. After development of a concept plan, a Multi stakeholder workshop will be held on Thursday 10th August, 2006 between 5.30pm and 7.00pm at the Gold Coast Curling Club Clubhouse in Pine Lanes Park, Palm Beach, next to the Pines Haven Nursing Home. The proposed concept for the skate and BMX facility will be presented at the workshop for comment and refinement. Everyone is welcome to attend. were getting a street plaza at varcity and when they extend pizzey (if that ever happens) itll be pretty street.

It never stops Leigh, I am going to put it forward to the council to name the "skatepark"( big gnarly combi bowl with pool coping) after Kenny since he would have been spending most of his time there anyways.
What do you guys think?
