Tygum Park Waterford seems like a new one, not sure how long it has been there, and only just saw a pic of it and some video. All pre fab materials with what looks like a quarter / bank at either end, middle box with mellow kicker quarter and banks, ledge and flat rails, in the middle of a larger multi sport park but should be easy enough to find.
From the main Waterford Plaza shops, Tygum Road, Lagoon Road or even Park Road in Waterford, Logan QLD are the ones to drive down to look for this park.

Tygum Park, on the corner of Tygum Road and Park Road, Waterford, Logan, QLD
Pre fab construction installed in 2016 or earlier, basic rectangular slab with a 4-5 ft quarter and bank on one end and three different heights of about 3, 4 and 5 ft quarters at the other, middle box with 2 ft quarters and bank with a rail running across it, flat bar also on the slab. All pre fab obstacles seem to be well built, no lifting edges or other issues I could see, all metal construction as it is on a flood plain. It should be noted a basketball court beside it has a couple of really good metal edged bench arrangements with definite signs of wear from skating, so these would be a draw as well.
The park also has a lot of other things in it and is behind the main shopping center so close to food, drinks, etc.
