I hate everything about NB but this makes me want to support them...fucking good effort...noticed it was filmed by Joe Pease too...an awesome surprise
I don't understand the appeal to black and white. cool concept meshing tricks together and shit but after 7 minutes of it accompanied with the chat music +black and white It's just boring. I don't care how played out it is, but in my opinion well filmed vx clips with a half decent track and edit is unbeatable
This is so rad. Love how he films and edits mid action transitions.
Some of the transitions though, looks like he would have had to film the trick, then when he was out filming next find grass, a wallie spot, gutter to use to continue the video. Looks like a fair bit of work was put in to it. I would pay good money for an editor to do exactly how Joe Pease does his work.
cuntm8, I totally agree the best skating well filmed & edited clips with a good song. (vx is good, but I think HD is better if done right).
But This clip was interesting because it was edited well, and the black+white helped the transitions between shots. The Instrumental also worked well because with a whole bunch of different skaters, it’s hard to find something that suits their all styles.
but yeah generally B&W sucks ass, and instrumentals sometimes feel like they haven’t taken a risk on a song with some personality.

Trying to figure out how shit like the line at 0:35 was filmed so well, it's giving me brain failures. Just acid dropping into ramps backwards whatever

Walker, Yeah my guess he would have just been rolling identical to skater, just maybe holding the camera back to front filming behind him... Few shots in there that are fuckedup smooth, like riding a bike beside smooth.
i really liked that. would of enjoyed it more if each skater got a little section of their own so it didn't switch between them so much.
but how good is that team? jordan trahn is sick
