photoshop help!!

i need help with photoshop 6.5, you see i wanna upload a clip and when i goto up load it the thing always comes out in shit quality, EVEN when i set it to high quality, then i tryed changeing the video for mat from microsoft DV AVI, to quick time, and then it was worse than before.
also there is no option to upload it to windows movie player wtf?

any help???????

flat enough ground for beginners to learn to push and stay on the board, but the ramp is a little dodgy
edit: careful riding on the lighter concrete, it's really slippery and the change from rough concrete to smooth is super jarring
