Can you feel it ,see it, hear it today?
If you can't, then it doesn't matter anyway
You will never understand it cuz it happens too fast
And it feels so good, it's like walking on glass
It's so cool, it's so hip, it's alright
It's so groovy, it's outta sight
You can touch it, smell it, taste it so sweet
But it makes no difference cuz it knocks you off your feet
You want it all but you can't have it
It's cryin', bleedin', lying on the floor
So you lay down on it and you do it some more
You've got to share it, so you dare it
Then you bare it and you tear it
You want it all but you can't have it
It's in your face but you can't grab it
It's alive, afraid, a lie, a sin
It's magit, it's tragic, it's a loss, it's a win
It's dark, it's moist, it's a bitter pain
It's sad it happened and it's a shame
You want it all but you can't have it
It's in your face but you can't grab it
What is it?
It's it
What is it?...

Unless of course I have misunderstood...

Axle Stall Problems and Help

Your first few times you try and axle stall, two things are likely to happen:

Going Too Fast - if you go too fast up the ramp, there's a great chance you will wipe out pretty bad. So, take it easy. Learn this trick slowly, and take your time. Also, wear a helmet! In fact, you should probably wear pads, too. Don't feel stupid - you'll be able to walk when you're 35!

Kissing the Coping - there's a good chance that if you don't go too fast and fly off the edge, you'll instead just barely touch the coping / edge with your trucks. If this happens, quickly finish the kickturn and ride down. Keep practicing. Try leaning back a little more at the top (but not too much!), and get a little more speed (but not too much!). Another common axle stall problem is where you have a hard time kickturning on and off of the coping. Like everything, this just takes practice. If you don't have your kickturns dialed in, then take a little time to practice those.

Now just get out and practice! Like I said, try on smaller ramps first. If you have a skatepark nearby (especially indoor ones), sometimes they will have small ramps facing each other. Riding back and forth between these, kickturning off each one, can be a great way to work your way up to axle stalls. Of course, if all you have is a small mini ramp in front of your house, this will work great too! Just relax, take your time, and work your way up.

Have fun!
