wasnt named after a green day album, source was a friend from canada who spoke 2 a shop owner about it who's been around for ages. didnt say i believed it..

It wasn't Danny Way....but Didn't Josh Swindel (old H-Street skater) get into trouble in Mexico for something similar in the early 90's?...accidently killed some dude in a fight or something, something?....

Yeah it was in an old Big Brother that I had... Josh Swindell was talking up it, saying that they used to go down there and fuck things up. I don't really believe it.
i do remember that nikeem... josh swindel end up spending 20 yrs in jail for beating the shit outta some dude at a bar... apparently the guy was gay and cracked on to him, so he cracked one on to him back and woops damn the dude is dead!!!
