> CALOUNDRA NEEDS HELP
For those of you that have either skated Caloundra r heard about the park you would know that it is part of the pool this means for anyone that wants to skate its going to cost them $4,20 everyday, Were sick of paying to get in ,imagine if it was you and everytime you went to skate your local park they charged you 4.20. Most people should remember the Caloundra bowl riders that were on every year, ust to spectate at the comp they charged every person $15 and the pool complained to council and they no longer exist.
Anyways..
There is a story in todays sunshine coast daily about the park and why it costs money in the first place, There is also an online poll where you can vote to make the park free of charge upon entry.
Please help us skaters out by voting YES to not paying
And if anyone reme, bers how to delete the cookies to keep voting numerous times (like in an old docklands thread it would be good)

You may need to go to Explorer Tools/Folder Options/View, and turn on "Show hidden files and folders".
Fairfield in Sydney used to charge the same pool admission fee. Only about $1.20, but that was in the late 80's early 90's. $4.20 is a bit steep. That would lock out all the less well off kids who rip.
