What skate shoes are the best for you?

Hi. I was skating all 8 years in normal shoes. I'm skating on street, skatepark and a small miniramp. My deck is 7,625" x 31,3". I'll buy skate shoes. What skate shoes are the best for you? What skate shoes should I buy? Don't mind a price.

If you have a chance to get to any real skate shop, try on as many as you can to see what fits best. If not, then whatever brands are around your area to see what fits - try up or down a size too just to see as skate shoes often stretch out and a more snug fit means easier to skate, just not toe crunchingly tight though.

Anything with some padding, suede over canvas or rubber round high wear areas, some protection where you wear the shoes out the most is the best option.

There are so many good shoes on the market, but it depends on your foot shape, what you want to do, etc.

Example of high profile brands which make some of the best skate shoes and also have shoes which would not be so good for street include Vans, Nike, Converse, Adidas, then other skate shoe brands like Lakai, Emerica, Huf, Etnies...
