Currently has some DIY skate sculptures residing at it by the one and only Hermans. No cops and no security. Bottle shop, bars and cafes across the road. Maybe the best and worst spot in Melbourne.
Old Warrnambool Aquarium
Breakwater Rock Pier, Viaduct Rd, Warrnambool, Victoria
Under the bridge at corner of Glenferrie Rd and Citylink, Kooyong.
Also a rail and DIY quarter

As you might have noticed we have started doing spots, I have been trying to only post spots that are already blown and that people know about already.
To keep things rolling I will be giving away a pair of Vans weekly to the best spot/address posted in this thread, please post your own pics and spots that aren't fresh.
