Anyone skated Weston Creek at night recently?
Last night (Wednesday)......... Westons lights suddenly turned off at 8:45pm.
Called CUPP (Canberra Urban Parks & Places) today (02 62072500) to let them know:
1. The lights turned off significantly earlier than usual (they usually turn off at 10pm-ish or later)
2. The lights did not give the stated shut-down indicators as outlined on the signs (thus guys were skating and riding bikes within the park when the lights turned off). Potential disaster if anyone was hammering!
If you feel inclined call the CUPP number to let them know the lights need to be fixed.
