The Warped Tour ended a week ago, but I had a few pics I hadn't posted. Was a really fun trip around oz. Lots of crazy travel but loads of fun. Heres one I already posted, but its hard to get sick of pics of Cab doing FS inverts!
You could return this young lad to its rightful owner but you'd probably get more for him if you sold him to a sweatshop in Footscray.
We travelled HEAPS on the tour. We had shows in Brisbane, Coffs and Sydney in consecutive days (and drove between em), 4 days off, then had shows on 3 consecutive days in Canberra, Melbs and Adelaide. Seemed like we were constantly travelling.
Cab was stoked to have a dedicated fan make a replica of his first pro model. He said only a few were made and he didn't keep one. I collect boards so I was stoked to see it.
Pedro travels with a couple of Brazilian mates. they shred. This is Pedro with Murillo. Murillo is a terroriser of concrete.
Cab was riding a custom board. A new shape but with his old graphic on it. You can see that the graphic doesn't fit the shape he is riding. This stoked me out. Custom boards are rad!
I was so stoked when I saw Pedro, Murillo and Vaikakinho all had matching tarts. Its like the old Black Sabbath Album. We sold our soul for Skateboard. So rad to see them bugger up the grammar on a tattoo!
Neal Hendrix is dedicated. I don't think he has taken many sick days from work. Here he is drying the ramp so we could shred. (incidentally I was sick for the whole trip too, and actually I didn't take a sick day either... skateboarding rules too much!0
Omars a legend. I think he has been pro for 25 years, or closet that. Still shredding too. Was rad to go on a big trip with him.
I think I might of posted this in my other thread, but its cab working out the bass line for when he played a track with Millencolin. he had never played it until he walked up on stage and played it with them. What a champ!
Was Rad to have some days off in Bondi. I was sick so I had to chill, but was rad to watch the others tear Bondi a new arsehole.
