Sakudaira Park Skatepark

The park has some fun cement and a cool volcano in the middle, some good 1/4 pipes and a fun cement tranny wall about 3feet high. This one is definitely worth a leg stretcher if you're in the area.
This park is located to the north of Nagano as well in a town called Sakudaira. It's about 15 minutes south east of Komoro and take the 141 into town and the park is located a couple blocks from the main train sattion at Sakudaira. It's a block away from Mcdonalds so if you find that remember you are close.
