well i'll start the fukn thread then.
the goofy v natural cricket match was held on sunday with the result comin in with goofy winning by about 20 runs!
us naturals were chasing a whopping 80 something runs which we thought could be done one handed holding our dicks but somehow got way to cocky and failed in a miserable fashion, But on a high note once again in true consistant form ol JNR claimed his i think 5th DUCK in a row counting the ones in the ACT v VIC games, i don't actually know how its fucking possible for it to happen but it did with a lollipop shot in the air, it was a dam pisser of a day and no one really loses in cricket, even 5 quack tuaki!
if anyone has the stats of the game you should post them up, also if anyone was shooting photos ya should put them up to.
congrats to the goofy carnts.
When shooter got his hattrick the Goofys were 4 for 4 runs and it looked terrible for us but Will Stoyles steadied the ship with a brave 31 to give us a semi respectable total of 81... Goofy team had 4 ducks and somehow managed to still win! Andy Murphy, Conner, Jake Duncombe and of course Jnr, all got ducks
Oh, I finally broke my own personal horror streak of ducks and managed to somehow fluke 7 lucky runs before getting clean bowled by an accurate & cocky midget...good times
fukn stoyles!! also a mention to daisy, holy shit balls that dude was sending them down the pitch with some heat.
Nope, caught on the boundry with a miraculous catch from Monkz last year for a duck.
yep it was magical, considering monkz was catchin 1 outta 50 in the training sessions when i was on the ACT team.
whens the rematch with them? we should meet up in Aubury again if were aloud back in the town.
The next game definitley has to be filmed. Nearly every ball is hilarious in it's own way
ahh to not live in adelaide. i wouldve greatly enjoyed playing in said cricket match
I have a mate who actually used to film the cricket for chanel 9 who I might be able to rope in for the job...he came down to last years game to test his new HD cam out, filmed 1 delivery and it happened to be me going out for a duck! He hasn't let me live it down since
Man, this is a awesome. I actyally felt a little bit sorry for Junior when I first read about his latest duck, but then I remembered the jubilation I felt when I caught him for a duck.
Steve, I think my catching average at practice was closer to 1/100 rather than 1/50.
More details regaarding Junior's duck please.
